My Mission

Hello,

My name Is Kurt. I would like to start off my new blog with sharing a little bit of information about who I am. Why I have created this blog, and who I can hopefully help by creating this blog. 

I am a 25year old man, I have a beautifully bipolar wife. My wife was diagnosed Bipolar/manic about 8 months ago. My mission for this blog is to help other men who's wives or girlfriends are suffering from bipolar disorder. I have done alot of research and studies on how we can help our spouse. Sometimes it feels impossible to help when they are in a full on "bipolar episode". I am going to share many articles on things that we can do to help keep our wives calm, defuse outbursts, recieve professional help, and encourage them to take proper medications. There are many differnent avenues for helping our spouses. It may take time to find exactly what combinations work for you and your spouse. I want you all to know that you are not powerless in your spouses bipolar disorder. There are actions that WE can take, lets share our love, support, and encouragement...
